Dr. Chin and all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The appointment was super professional and so quick. I enjoy working with Dr. Noh. She's great at explaining details and very personable. The admin and medical staff are kind and helpful. The staff in the optometry department are great. I really love their attention to detail.

The optometrists are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They are patient and kind from the receptionist to the optometrist. The folks in the glass department are very nice and great customer service! I have been with Sacramento Optometric Group for well over 30 years!

Huge thank you to Laurie for being a tremendous help picking out different styles/colors and noticing the missing piece on the bridge of my current glasses and replacing them.

Checking in was pleasant and simple. The initial testing was smooth and easy. All staff were very kind and professional. Dr. Gallardo was incredible as always, answered all of my questions, and made me feel tremendously reassured about my eye health and continuing care. Darrel at the glasses shop next door was very friendly, patient, and extremely insightful in assisting me with my newest pair of glasses. I can't wait to get the notification that my glasses are ready for pick up!

Love this Opticians’ Office. Have been coming here for years! The clinical staff is highly skilled, optical staff is very friendly and professional and office staff is so nice! And they always have the best selection of up-to-date, stylish eyewear!

I have been a patient for approximately 25 years. I drive from Roseville and I trice over 30 miles for each CA appointment. I normally receive notification for an upcoming appointment. This year I did not receive one. I called and was told I couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor until January, nearly 3 months later than my regular appointment time. No apology was offered for the lack of notification. The lack of notification was unacceptable. I hope other patients haven’t had a similar experience.
